Today marks the start of your team’s growth journey, where you’ll complete your first droplet together.
- Before Launch: Take a few minutes to get prepped.
- During Launch: Watch the video and follow the prompts together as a team.
- After Launch: Don’t worry if someone doesn’t finish during the session – they can log back in and complete their droplet whenever they’re ready.

Step 1: Your Personal Preparation
Watch the launch video in advance to familiarise yourself with the session, ask us any questions ahead of time, and prepare to guide your team.
Step 2: Team Preparation & Checklist
Ensure each team member has the following ready before they join:
- Device & Internet: Laptop/desktop with a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Audio Setup: Headphones or a quiet space to watch onboarding videos.
- Platform Access: Access to their Mygrow Welcome Email (sent on the day by Mygrow).
- Dedicated Time: 60 uninterrupted minutes scheduled for the session.
- Meeting Link: The launch link saved and ready to access.
Note: Remind your team not to complete their first droplet beforehand – you’ll do it together during the launch!

While Mygrow is a deeply personal development journey, building a shared, collective experience strengthens team connection and significantly boosts long-term engagement. To drive this culture of growth from within, we strongly recommend appointing Mygrow Champions roughly one month into your implementation. These individuals are your highly engaged, high-influence team members who serve as internal advocates for change, acting as the vital link between leadership and ground-level teams to keep momentum strong.
To equip your champions for success, we provide them with exclusive support resources and dedicated access to their team’s reporting dashboard. This visibility makes it simple for them to monitor progress, send gentle check-ins, celebrate wins, and offer encouragement where it’s needed most. Champions are also invited to exclusive champion-only events to sharpen their leadership skills and connect with peers.
